Warranties

Installation

Our installation labor is warrantied for 1 year, and depending on the model and brand you choose, parts warranties vary from 1-10 years. When you purchase your equipment from Karnes & Stanley Heating & Air directly, our staff will register the unit(s) for you. In all other cases, customers will register with the manufacture directly.

Labor Warranty

All of our labor services are warranted for 30 days. If you have a problem within 30 days of service, there will be no charge to come back out and correct the problem. We stand behind our work.
